Once your offer has been accepted you will have up to 10 days to have the property inspected. A professional inspection will take up to 4 hours and generally costs around $600.00. A full inspection report will be provided the day of the inspection typically. This report will enable Treetop Real Estate to prepare and present a post-inspection proposal to the seller in the event issues arise that we feel warrant a renegotiation of original offer terms such as offer price. Treetop Real Estate is unique in this area as many Brokers do not provide a written report using the inspection report as reference. This enables a seller to clearly see the specific issues that arose during inspection and clearly identifies what the buyer is asking for in order to move forward with the purchase.
